Serendipity - When You Know

I was thinking about his movie today. Seems like sometimes things just won't leave my head no matter how hard I try. I guess that's life's little way of making sure you stay "grounded".

Facebook put me in touch with a person from my very far past. They reminded me of a person who was once special in my life who I thought I had lost to a drunk driver. Turns out a bitter and twisted Father lied to me to insure I never tried to reunite ... sad.

This video montage from the footage of Serendipity just struck a cord.

Maybe the things that happen to us, good and bad, are meant to be and this whole concept of karma is crap. Maybe in time everything actually is exactly "as planned" by God ...

Off to Spain

Well it has been awhile since I last wrote anything here and I suspect no one is reading it, but news is news.  I am off to do a 22 city, 25 day tour of Spain with one special appearance at a magic convention in Portugal.  Along the way I will drop into the Magic Circle in London and visit a few friends.  I'll be back in Canada for a few day to see Lori and Hannah, who always seem to stay at home and then off to Blackpool, England for the largest magic convention in the world.

Just getting started

Well I always wanted to do one of these as a way of saying Hi to all my fans and friends at one time and not have to use a bulk email. I hope I will have enough to write to make this interesting. anyone who knows me knows I have plenty to say...but talking is a whole lot different than this writting thing.

I am just a couple of weeks out from going to FISM for the World Olympics of Magic and I am practicing almost non stop...except for writing this and working on a new cellualr phone trick. I believe I will be writing it up as a .pdf file and giving the effect away for free on my website in the near future...just for fun...
